I very seldom write reviews unless something really stands out Good or Bad. I am happy to say meeting Rick Kinney from Advocate Public Adjustment was not only a Good experience it was actually a Great experience. Rick is friendly, polite and very professional. He and his son, Jarred arrived right on time for our appointment and after a short meet and greet they both went right to work. Rick is very knowledgeable, about the Insurance field; especially the Insurance Claim Process. He takes his time to explain important details about the Claim Process in a way that allows the customer to understand what to expect and what not expect from the Insurance Company. Rick goes out of his way to be helpful even in the event like mine where he determined the Insurance company was being fair but took the time to point out a few things they missed in their Claim Estimate Offer and advised how to proceed to get the parts that were missing and to get what is rightfully part of the Insurance Policy that we pay handsome premiums to maintain. The best quality Rick possesses is Honesty. Rather than take my claim to capitalize on the percentage he would normally charge; Rick advised me that I would fare better by accepting the Insurance Company’s offer with the addition of the items that he identified be added to the Claim Estimate/Offer. You don't get much more honest than that! Rick's son, Jarred is learning from his father's wealth of knowledge and I could tell is just as honest and professional as his father. Jarred will be my \Go to Guy\ in the future if and when his father decides to retire one day. Honesty is lacking in the Public Adjustment field except when it comes to Rick, Jarred and Advocate Public Adjustment. I highly recommend Advocate Public Adjustment for any and all of your current and future Insurance Claim needs.

I initially met Rick for possible roof claim at my home. It turned out not to be as bad as I thought and I didn't need to file a claim. Rick was very helpful and said if I ever needed him in the future to call. A few months later my mother-in-law had an issue at her home with soot from her oil burner. I immediately called Rick for assistance. He was prompt in scheduling to come out and begin the process of filing a claim. He had the claim filed in a matter of two weeks, had the insurance company out with in three and the claim approved and paid within about 5 weeks total. He was diligent in listing every last item that needed to be cleaned, replaced or repaired. He went above an beyond even with a personal family emergency going on as well. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I highly recommend Rick Kinney as a public adjuster. Rick handled a recent claim for us and my wife and I were very pleased with the result and his professionalism during the process.
Rick was great to work with. He was always responsive, and was very aggressive to get the full and fair value of our claim. I never had to deal with the insurance company directly, and that, coupled with the major improvement to our initial settlement, was well worth the reasonable fees. Thanks Rick!
