A dreaful experience in leasing a property owned by Hermes Investment, not even worthy of 1 star. Almost 3 months after completing on the lease and I am still unable to move my business into the premises as the property is not fit for purpose and not as it was sold to us within the lease agreement / as advertised. Appauling service from the managing agents and literally no responce from Hermes themselves. Be warned as a future tenant or investor.

Disgusting and disgraced by news Hermes sit on a large shopping area a former huge supermarket in Milton Keynes it's been empty for 4 years completely unused yet Homeless people die on our street in Milton Keynes And I'm told today Hermes Investment and Sainsbury s would rather have our British men women and children lay on the cold street s or live in tents and as we have seen die in last few weeks then let the homeless organisations temporarily who this store So remember they will get you to invest your hard earned cash but if you fall on bad times as we all can They Don't Care is how I see it you views please
