Very interesting shop! First of all, this store is locally owned and operated. Second, they have such a wide variety of merchandise. I noticed posters, incense, tobacco merchandise (pipes, papers, almost anything you can think of), kratom and other supplements, and unique gift items. If you haven't been inside this store you are missing out!!!

Terrible customer service....made a purchase on something I didn't know much. Instead of asking me about my needs, wants, or expectations for the product where they offered 0 help. I went ahead and got an item I thought would work. Turns out the product was not what I was looking for. Once I realized that, I went back to the store the next day (with receipt) to see if I could make an exchange and purchase something else (also cost more than what I previously bought.) The guy who was there running the store seemed to care less about me wanting to exchange it, my dissatisfaction with the original product, and offered no solutions. So I ended up just buying the item I needed and wanted, because they refused to do anything to help resolve my issue. Thanks for nothing.....buying online from here on out. At least you don't get price gouged, can actually get better help from a website, and you can actually make returns when possible. Customer service is simple this place just doesn't know how to deliver it.
