Great Spanish food and service!
As the page could not let me reply to your answer to my review, I am making a new one; it doesn’t matter how many stars you have given by others, the fact that you tell me that is unprofessional, and the way we were treated here was unacceptable. We sat down four people and waited for four more, joining two tables together, which was fine with one waiter. Then another came out, and we had a bottle of water on the table, which the waiter said we could not, and we apologized a lot and removed it, as we know this, but had forgotten. This waiter started making fun of us, talking in a harsh tone, saying this is not a picnic, trying to move the table back, he didn’t want to hear anything from us, we felt unwanted and left the restaurant in front of him. I apologize for calling him fat and rude before, but this is what happens when you spread bad feelings like that, he made me really angry! We were looking forward to eating here, because we had seen the good reviews. I cannot believe that he got so mad that we had a bottle of water and moved two tables, and did not want to hear us apologize, when we had realized. I am sure the restaurant is good otherwise, but please talk to this waiter, if you want good service.
Great coffee and greate location, highly recommended. But beware of the grumpy owner. Waiters are friendly though.
Very friendly bar, Toney & Xim will look after you. The tapas and menu are both excellent value.
