Very nice shop. A good variety of product and price range. Good collection of carpets. It too big to explore in one trip. But I think it's a great alternative for IKEA.

The worst customer experience ever! Ordered the items, booked the van, and obviously paid for everything. Once arrived to collect the stuff (as previously agreed on the phone), surprise! No furniture waiting for me, no van.. nothing! Then I asked for the refund. Guess what? It took them nearly a month to transfer the money. Plus they charged me 200 as ‘operating cost’. Disgrace.. Lost my day off, time and money, and clearly did not manage to buy anything. While asking for the refund, they hung up on me several times. Absolutely rubbish!

A big store. A large parking lot. Helpful staff. I came to buy a bed that I saw online. He wasn't in the store, he was out of stock, but the seller assured that he would be there in a week. I arrived in a week, but the bed was still in storage. Not spread out. I couldn't see and buy. I drove specially several dozen kilometers. Staff should not be misleading.

I've tried to buy a table with matching bench and chairs. The first time it took them 4 months to deliver them. However there was an error on my order (I signed it, so my bad) and I had to send the bench back. I ordered the correct one at the beginning of January and in May I had not received it yet. Only when I had my lawyer sending them a letter, did they seem to actively try to solve my problem. They kept promising me the delivery in two weeks, until I got fed up and asked for the money back. They didn't even return the entire sum. I have lost 30% of what I had paid. It was a really frustrating experience. Stay away.
