I originally went to look at a car I was researching online. The salesperson Kevin was knowledgeable and courteous when I did mention that. I ended up finding out the same day there was another rebate I could receive on the Jeep I wanted. I decided to go ahead and check it out. The car was in its original packaging from being shipped, It would only take 20min so I said no problem. The signing took some time, I even mentioned I could come back tomorrow as I felt back it was getting closer to closing. Tyrone was very knowledgeable with the signing process and was patient with me reading and going through it. After an hour I got to take my new vehicle home and trade in my old vehicle at the dealership. The salesman entered all my settings including the Sirius setup and my music which was great. Since they were at close I wasn’t able to get gas In my new car or do a proper sweep of the car. While everyone in the front is doing well, service was lacking, they left tape inside on the dash, there was dust from the air vent and I found out about 3 days later the service team left the plastic on my windshield wipers. Overall great customer service from the desk and sales team including signing. My concern is the maintenance team rushing out when selling a vehicle. Like I stated, I could have come back tomorrow. Definitely check this location out, prices and deals are great. Thank you so much for my new suv.
