My car was having battery issues and I took it here to get it serviced. My service advisor Shane was awesome throughout. Great communication, friendly service, and went out of his way to make sure I saved a chunk of money on the service. Will return for future service needs.

Wanted to give a quick shout out to Neil, my service advisor. I brought in my 2017 Ford Mustang for a routine oil change, upon arrival I was greeted and helped promptly. While waiting for the oil change Neil notified me that my car was eligible for new wipers and he would have them installed. About 10 minutes later he came back and let me know that some of the lug nuts on my tire were worn. Without hesitation he offered to have them replaced at no extra charge, keep in mind my car has over 45,000 miles, NOW THAT IS SERVICE. Thank you Neil and Felix Sabates Ford, you have earned a loyal customer for your awesome customer service!!

Purchased a car online, sight unseen for the first time from Felix Sabates and the experience couldn't have been better! Claire Williams was my sales contact and she was a delight to work with. She sent me everything I needed to get keep the process going smoothly and quickly... and by quickly, I mean confirming that the vehicle was still available at 8:00 a.m., to my driving the vehicle off the lot at 7:00 p.m. with financing and a flight to Charlotte thrown in the mix. We had a great experience this past June purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape remotely (due to the pandemic). Dallas Mientkiewicz made the entire process seamless, always responsive and courteous, and he has continued to follow up (now 5 months later) to ensure my satisfaction. I've had one service appointment so far, and the service staff was also courteous and professional. So far I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend Felix Sabates Ford.

I can honestly say I feel comfortable with my purchase after walking out of the dealership. Brandon the sales rep did not make me feel pressured or obligated to make a purchase just because I walked in. Mr. Ediamen the Finance Manager was relatable and pleasant, and made me feel as if I was in control of the purchase especially when it came to adding warranty options. I would definitely recommend these two to anyone.
