Tried to collect a parcel today, have never usually have to show ID which I know is a luxury, however I usually take it. Today I didn’t have any ID with me, asked if a scan of my passport or drivers licence on my phone was acceptable. Lady said no - no problem. I went home, collected my drivers licence which didn’t have the correct address on as I’ve moved, I took a utility bill also with the correct address on just in case. Placed the ID on the counter and the lady didn’t even look at it, handed me the parcel. I asked if she wanted to see the ID, her response - “ well I’ve already seen it “ \u200d️ What a jobs worth and time waster. Usual guys in there are awesome.

Must to take a letter (special delivery) and the receptionist say the postman is on duty. Come back monday morning
