Booked in for the special offer of the mindful massage, was really looking for the relaxing time but was very disappointed due to so much noise from reception and loud chatting whilst having the mindful massage. distracted from the ambience of the treatment. Not worth the full amount, of 90.00 .Was on a special of 45.00 but in my opinion no different to a normal massage. I have had better. Next day was booked for the waxing treatments as could not fit it all on same day. Was left sore and red under arm and top of eye lid where it was ripped off too hard. Very painful. The beautician when finished did not asked if I was happy with treatment. She just left the room saying if I wanted to look at the finished product then there was a mirror on the wall. I could not even reach the mirror due to stuff in the way of it. I will not be using them again or recommending them.. There is no connection between the beauticians and the customer in my opinion.

A lovely place right near the front in Felixstowe offering a range of services including sports massage and osteopathy as well as the usual beauty services. Very close to car parks and on-road parking, and with full disabled access via a ramp.
