Went to book a holiday yesterday afternoon. Only one person on the shop floor and she was on the phone to HQ? It was definitely an internal call. We were totally ignored not even acknowledged with a nod or hand gesture. Stood there for 5 minutes before walking out and booked our holiday with Fred. Olsens instead.(We would have waited if only acknowledged!!!). Poor show Thompsons. Manners are everything when it comes to customer service. Will not be 'popping in again'.
