Discrimination at its finest! I am a real estate agent, who had the \pleasure\ working with Pat Felte on a rental transaction. My clients were looking for an apartment in Bucks County, so that their children can attend better school. They are fresh immigrants who have been living in the country for 2 years, paying taxes, have income, growing their credit score which I admit was not the best, but 695 for rental application with no evictions record, no debts, no criminal record is pretty good! People buy homes with worse credit scores then this.Their current rent is higher then the rental property Pat had listed, therefore affordability was not the issue. The major concern is that Pat have been keeping my clients on a loop for a month, when regular rental transaction takes up to 2-5 business days! She stated that she is concerned that they don't speak good English, that husband started a business where he was making good money, twice the amout of the rent. Then she said landlord might want 4 payments (first month, 2 last and security) because credit score was \bad\, my clients agreed to these terms. Then as they completed everything that Pat was adding and adding to the list of requirements. She kept on saying, landlord is on the fence, he can not make up his mind, after what I suggested to present a proof/letter from current apartment complex office, and records of my clients paying rents on time and in full for the past 2 years while they lived there, but she did not even want to consider accepting it. Now a day later, house is off the market, and I am more them positive, she just did not accept my clients due to ethnicity and language barrier, which is discrimination at its finest! Also, from previous comments, I can see why.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Felte Real Estate unless you want to be treated with disrespect and lose your security deposit for no good reason. I rented a nice apartment through Felte Real Estate. While the apartment itself was great, the service from Felte Real Estate was sub par. Pat Felte was always very rude and condescending to me whenever we had any sort of communication. I always paid rent on time and only had a service request once, so I'm not sure why she felt the need to treat me with disrespect. When I ended the one year lease I made sure to completely clean the apartment out paying special attention to leaving the place cleaner than when we first moved in. Unfortunately, Pat still charged us astronomical cleaning fees after we moved out. Therefore, it is my recommendation that you steer clear of any apartments listed by this company.

Don't bother with this company. They treated us with such disrespect... My wife and I rented an apartment from them and were the best tenants you can have (pay in time, keep the place well and clean). We have been treated with disrespect and contempt all along by Pat Felte. In addition, they did not pay our full security deposit back even if we gave the place back much cleaner than it was. For your own good, don't work with them.
