These two stars are only for the washing machines and price. Good price and Clean facility. That rude lady, we all know who works there and was also mentioned in some customers reviews here, we also had a bad encounter with. She is not even rude, she is also behaving like a bully, that u feel that negativity effects u. When we asked for help, she also tried to fool me by charging up the money for another machine(which she was working upon). I hope whatever is up with her aditudde,she will get mentally treatment for

I am going to give many instructions to help you avoid talking to the lady working there because she was rude. I was reading the instructions & she said just put your money in. I said I'm reading the instructions. Then when I put the money in she said no come select your program because it's on cold wash. I said I want cold wash. She was not inviting at all. If you put a big bill in you have to push the button for change. The machine will not automatically give it to you. The machines worked well. It was about a 20 minute wash cycle. The dryer system is weird. Its 1 pound for 8 minutes but when you put your machine number in it only takes credit 50 pence at a time. So you have to keep entering your machine number until you use all your credit. Again the lady had an attitude as if I was supposed to know this. (Insert Eye Roll).
Terrible Launderette. Has a central.paypoint but no instructions for use of it Despite telling you to read them whilst non existent
Good facilty, nice and tidy emergency drying lead me to this one but it is a well maintained. If you are planning to use this facility make sure you are in by 7pm as cleaning person will need to clean machines before they close. Doors will lock at 8pm therefore do not exit or plan to enter after that.
Have used this launderette before with no issues until the 16th Nov 2019, I ran the washing machine only to find out there is no water in all the machines. Other customers complained too, wasted my time and money. Have since put in a claim to get my money back but every time I get informed that the owner is in the USA on holiday and they don't keep any money at the shop for issues like this. Have been waiting for over 6 weeks with no response. Dreadful service !!
