The guys at Esauce are phenomenal ! Genuinely friendly and actually care about there custom rather than just looking to get as much money out of customers as they can . Had the pleasure of dealing with Elliot for a few days over emails and it was a real pleasure speaking with him . He was polite , professional and always got back to me quickly . I rarely leave reviews for anyone or any place but felt I had to after receiving such an astoundingly good level of customer service from Esauce . Couldn't recommend them enough , and special mention to Elliot who is a top man !

Bought a high end Rebel Squonker which after 5 weeks was faulty? Took 5 days to get any responce from them and then was told to repair the mod myself? Case still going on and now they are asking me to pay for the fix? Rebel Vapes how are you allowing this company to sell and promote your mods? Wake up Next stage Trading Standards
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Faulty product on arrival and they will not refund or exchange my item only offering a fix. Even though they sent me a faulty item. Strongly recommend staying far away from this company.
Just been in there with absolutely no idea what I wanted and no experience of vaping and the guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood the products and see that I had advice that's right for me. Thank you for a great service
The product are massively overpriced and that is when the shop is open can be mid day on a week day and the shop is shut cant be shore when they will even be open the staff are fine but apart from that I would not go near this shop
