Really well organised, happy staff. Professionally done. Just one tiny thing, let people know the additional scan is charged at 10. Its not a massive amount but choice is best. Good selection of frames to suit all budgets. Loved the recommendations to get the most for your money too. Good job team.

UPDATED BELOW: The service here is very poor. On three occasions I have ordered contact lenses over the phone and made the payment. I have received a text and a voicemail saying my contact lenses are ready to collect. Only to come to the store and wait 40 minutes to be told they can't locate the lenses and they have to reorder. This has happened on three occasions and each time the staff seem unbothered. I was not even offered a refund. I am a key nhs worker and in the current pandemic I am not happy to travel for no reason and have my time wasted. If I have paid for a service I expect it to be done in a timely manner. This is not acceptable to keep repeating the same mistake again and again. I would not recommend ordering lenses from this store. UPDATE: got a voicemail 5 days later saying my lenses are ready. Called to confirm if they have arrived and the woman was like I don't think so there not here. So unprofessional.

DEATH DEITY

This happened yesterday in FELTHAM. I wanted to fix my old glass to a new frame and get new one too, to which one of the staff said they can do it. They took my old glass and said that I can collect it the same day. Afterwards, I selected new frame and they said they can't fix my old glass to the new frame because they will need more then 2 weeks to do it. And when I was to pay my overall fees, first, one lady mentioned me different price and then later another lady added some RANDOM PRICE and made it cross to UNEXPECTED FIGURE. She didn't even EXPLAIN it to me properly. I only got to know it when I received my final receipt. People I suggest you all not to go there. But since its concerned to our health, if you have to, be careful with how they are trying to charge you UNNECESSARILY. You might get SCAMMED to their unwanted extra services UNKNOWINGLY.

Went in this morning 28/08 with my daughter to get both our glasses adjusted. Young guy who served me was excellent! Was seen very quickly and he was really knowledgeable and made our adjustments really quickly! Dont normally write reviews but I felt he needed to be given recognition! Gutted I didnt take his name.
