Been using Fencabs for years on a regular basis. The service has always been very good. Booking is easy and the drivers friendly and efficient. Cars are immaculate. In all that time I’ve used them there has been very occasional problems, but nothing major and after literally hundreds of journeys it would be a miracle for everything to be 100% every time. You can’t always account for things like roadworks so it’s very unfair to blame the company and churlish to do so. No hesitation in giving Fencabs 5 stars

I have used Fencabs regularly over the years and have always been more than satisfied with the service. The office staff are always quick, efficient and honest so I know if my booking can be fulfilled. All the drivers are great, but I generally request a few of them by name, and happoly wait for them to become free. I dont like using unknown taxi companies and drivers if i can avoid it. Would recommend every time!
