The owner Jessica was very professional with great techniques for my hair styling and blowdry!! She did an amazing job with my hair ! The salon is very clean and private!! Her hair products that she used on me feel light and smell amazing. Highly recommend!

Stella at FeNom Salon in Aventura, Florida took my messy, unkempt mass of unruly curls and gray roots and made magic. I live out of the country in a very small town with no professional hairdressers. My once-a-year visit to the States this time included a trip to a salon near my brother in Aventura. I researched stylists in numerous towns to find an expert in color and cutting curly hair. I found the right stylist and am thrilled with the results. Stella was a stylist in New York for 20 years before moving to Florida recently. She is extremely competent, which is obvious in her deft handling of all the instruments of a professional stylist. She worked with me to choose a flattering color for my skintone and balanced it with complementary, subtle highlights. Equally important was how she cut and styled my hair. I asked her to keep the length while I watched more and more hair fall to the floor, but I trusted the confidence in her movements. When I returned to my little town, my friends all exclaimed over how beautiful my hair looked and were amazed that after a haircut, my hair actually appeared longer and quite luxurious! In addition to Stella’s skill and artistry, I found her to be extremely personable. I really enjoyed her company in our few hours together. We became friends. I’m bringing my 90-year old Mother back to the States to see Stella at FeNom Salon in 3 months—for both of us! Thank you, Stella!

After I read the reviews for this salon, I figured it would be a good place for my 13 year old daughter and I to do our hair before a wedding on a Sunday. Sadly, I was very disappointed. It's a bad sign when the stylists aren't even dressed professionally or much less have their hair styled. Anyhow, after showing the stylist several pictures of how I wanted my hair to look, I thought they would have done a better job then what was done. One of stylists tried doing my hair, and then she just left to style another client without even saying anything to me. She left the other stylist to take care of my daughter and I....at the same time. My daughter only wanted curls with a simple half up half down hairstyle. Which was straight within 1 hour. I didn't think my style was difficult either. However, it took nearly 3 1/2 hours and we also had to listen to ghetto music with curse words, the entire time. I thought when I I made the appointment for 9am, that it would provide more then enough time to do our hair, and make it to the wedding on time. I had to rush home and rush thru my makeup application and still get to the wedding late. The 108 I paid was not worth it at all.

This is by far the best salon! They treat you like family and each stylish is highly skilled. I recommend this salon to anyone who looking for something simple or as complex as it can be. Fenom is the absolute best!!!

I was forced to look for a new colorist and stylist after 10 years of going to the same person. I saw the reviews on FeNom and figured it was worth a try. I called with the hopes of getting an appointment as soon as possible. They fit me in immediately. Shelby and Marianne kindly stayed to accommodate me until really late at night since I had a wedding to go to the next day. Shelby was truly exceptional. She matched my color perfectly. You can really tell that she is passionate about what she does. She is also an educator, so she taught me all sorts of things I didn't know about hair and hair products. There is a great energy about the salon. They have excellent customer service beyond their hair skills. I have been back another time since the first appointment and had an equally great experience. I would also like to add that their pricing is very fair for the quality of work they do. I highly recommend the salon and particularly Shelby!
