This is the worst bank branch of any kind I have ever dealt with. Rude and inept counter staff...they have been bought out and will have new name soon....not soon enough.

Kathy is very rude, and she always gets away with it. It's sad. If she does not find pleasure in her job, she should find something that she enjoys doing. Being nasty to people with a smile on her face is still being nasty.
