Halfords Ferndown - delighted with the service given and highly recommend. The staff are amazing, super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Particularly like to thank and recommend the guys on the cycle desk upstairs. They are brilliant have been in so many times with various cycle repairs for the family especially during lockdown and they have always been so helpful and super speedy with repairs. All COVID friendly and socially distanced. Thank you

Car and camping stuff downstairs is well stocked as usual, but now Coronavirus has turned everyone into a cyclist, you won't get a bike here. Not the fault of the store or business, these are interesting times. Still got plenty of tools, parts and accessories, and the staff are more freely available for servicing, repairs and advice. For a new bike, go online. Everything else, pop in!
Needed a new wiper blade. Nice to see that they fit before charging just in case it's the wrong one. Excellent speedy service @ a decent price
I ordered a bike for my son for christmas and ordering it online was really easy. Collected the assembled bike in store. Everything was easy, quick and stress free. highly recommend Halfords!!!
Very poor! Went to collect a bike (second time as 1st was very badly scratched) had a phone call to say bike was ready, knowing I had refused to take the first on arrival a quick look and bike was damaged. Why they didn't make me aware on the phone who knows! Was offered free service which turned out to be a waste of time, I will come to that. So I eventually get the bike outside and it wont fit in the car. Woohoo I can ride it home. I set off home and the tyres seem quite soft (checked with pump once home they were 30psi should have been 85!!!!) they hadn't even bothered to pump them up! Cycling along 2nd to 3rd gear and it clunks and clunks so to 4th clunks and jumps so a very slow ride home. A quick internet search on how to adjust hub gears and within 5 mins I adjusted them and a test ride they change without all the jumping and clunking. Again they hadn't bothered to check them. So what is the point of the free service when they don't even set up a new bike. What would a service be \squirt some oil on the chain\ job done? Very disappointed with Halfords and their so called professional bike mechanics when I knew nothing about hub gears and set them up in a few minutes myself. 1star as I cant give ZERO! No I don't recommend them
