Great communication and service leading up to the reservation. The Alders is a great chalet. Lovely fire place and a great kitchen to work in with two fridges and two full ovens. The only issue was the steam room was not working at the time. Very convenient access to the ski hill. Looking forward to for our next stay at the Alders.

Dianne and the rest of the Fernie Central Reservations team were super professional helping us to rent a lovely house close to the ski resort in Fernie. The Black Diamond chalet was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and well-maintained/updated. There was a minor issue with the hot tub that prevented us from using it for the first few days of our stay, but they proactively addressed the issue and provided a credit without us having to ask. All in all, a really positive experience and would definitely work with FCR and stay at the same chalet again.

Spacious for our group! Our first time snowboarding in Fernie but won't be our last! Easy check in, large heated underground parking, and just a few minutes from the ski resort. Hopefully the hot tub and pool will be open for our return! Close to Big Bang Bagels, definitely a must for breakfast on the way out!

We stayed in the True North unit and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated. It’s in walking proximity of the ski hill. Diana from Fernie Central Reservations was very helpful and accommodating. The day before our departure we asked for a late check out and she made it happen. That was very appreciated, especially when you travel with little ones. Note: the bunk bedroom is the only one in the basement. Our kids had planned to stay in that room but they are too little (age 7 and under) to stay in the basement by themselves. We would recommend this unit and are looking forward to return next season.

Had a lovely stay at the 901 Schoolhouse in Fernie with FCR. The place was huge, had stunning views, and was right on the downtown strip. Everyone we talked to at Fernie Central Reservations was super helpful, all directions were easy to understand, key pick up and drop off is super simplified with a lock box system, and we had any amazing time. Would definitely use again next time we go!
