The girls in the Fernie Branch were Extremely helpful and when they didn't know the exact answer to my question they found out from someone who did. The atmosphere in there is happy and enjoyable. These girls are very knowledgeable and are not afraid to look up the answers you are looking for. I understand taxes are complex and have read the older reviews - remember that they are only human. Sometimes mistakes can happen. I would recommend this office as they are very thorough and understanding. If you need help, they are ready and willing to give it their best. Thanks for your help ladies!
Great and quick service
Used this H&R last year and they were very helpful. This year not so good. I won't use them again... Poor Poor Service
