Got some tires installed and balanced on a truck i had purchased. Came back from Integra with a horrible wobble while driving. I took it to Canadian Tire, one of the wheels was 11.25 oz out of balance, the other 3 were all between 3-4 oz out Canadian Tire informed me the wheels were slightly bent. I paid to get them balanced again and there is no issue now, Integra must have just not bothered to balance them and neglected to inform me just charged me and let me go
Amazing place! Really helpful and friendly people. Had always a laugh and kept smiling when walking out of the shop. Honesty is a big part of them! Fair prices and great work. Can highly recommend this place! Give it a go, you won’t regret.
We were traveling to Fernie when our tire pressure light came on and we noticed a small leak in our front tire. We called one location and they said they were all booked up for the day “sorry can’t help”. We then called Integra and they were also booked up but told us to come and they would help us. The service was quick, friendly and top notch and they had us back on the road in no time. I am grateful for Shawn and his crew and the extra effort put into getting us safely back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!
While travelling in Fernie our brakes suddenly needed major repairs, and would not make the approximately 1000km to get us back home. Integra Tire quickly took us in, diagnosed the problem, and told us it would take the rest of the day or possibly until the next morning. Low and behold about 5 hours later we got the call they had everything finished up for us and we were back on the road! The next 2 days they called us to make sure everything was going well, and even found a small accounting error on our bill and immediately refunded us the difference. Excellent customer service, honest advice and fair pricing make this a 5 star place. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
I don't typically write reviews but in this case i have to post a comment about my experience at Integra tire in fernie. I was travelling from koocanusa on a national lampoons family holiday. Imagine the kids fighting and screaming in the back of the truck and it was super hot. 2 weeks together was great but it was definitely time to come home. Anyway with the madness in the back seat hitting my every nerve I noticed I had a screw embedded in one of my tires and I still had a 3 hour drive to go. I called Integra in Fernie expecting to be told there was no way I would get in late in the afternoon in August. I am happy to say that after explaining my situation they got me in within 5 minutes! When the final travel day was going bad I am happy to say these fellers made the day far less stressful! Fellas , thank you for your professionalism!
I had my tires turned over yesterday to winter tires. I was so impressed with the service that Shawn gave me, not only that they even washed my car afterwards which has never been done before. Wonderful people and the best service I have had in a very long time.
