Terrible telephone service when you think you are leaving a voice mail for somebody who is away from the desk as indicated. Then several phone calls later you in fact find out they are on vacation. meanwhile you have been waiting for a return call that is not going to happen. What a waste of my time Banks do not care other than the standard Sorry Sir & then carry on doing the same
