As always the Lufthansa lounges are some of the best in the star alliance family. The lounge in Malpensa Milan is no exception. The lounge has a changing variety of food and d rings and lots of space. The seating is comfortable and almost all the seats have some sort of power supply. The atmosphere is relaxed and the room is cleverly divided into small areas which creates a sense of intimacy and privacy. The staff is friendly and efficient and the bar is well equipped with different beers, wines and coffee.

Pretty awesome! Brand new - lighting is amazing. Decor is modern a fun bright! Coffees are great and the food selection is yummy! Enjoy your stay with free WiFi and the staff is very pleasant!

This is without doubt the best lounge in Malpensa Milan Airport. The food is okay. Good wine choice, clean and spacious. The staff is grumpy but that's just because they are Italian.

Nice smallish lounge with some decent food. Wasn't too crowded when I went at 11am. Fast WiFi and lots of outlets to charge stuff. No showers but good bathrooms.

Fairly newly opened lounge with ample seating split over lounge chairs, eating area and others. Staffed bar for cocktails and also a self-service bar with wine. Two self service coffee locations, but ask for a coffee at the bar for a proper barista coffee. Ok selection of hit and cold food that is routinely switched out.
