Had to board plane at Malpensa to DXB..Flight time at 2.10 pm.Reached at around 11 am.But there was a Chaos in the airport.Check in was smooth,but security check was utter chaos.Reminded me of Tirumala temple queue...There were about 10 gates for security check but only 4-5 were functioning due to which the crowds piled up to uncontrollable size...no air conditioning and had to wait for an hour to get into security check...after this the problems never stopped at passport control,for about 400-500 passengers only four counters were open, another one hour wait in queue.,.next boarding gate ,it literally reminded me of temple queue...Airbus A380 had to accommodate 500 passengers,but there were only two gates for boarding which took another 45-60 minutes. Overall not a good experience at this Malpensa airport...if you can check for other alternatives like Florence or Rome, better...
