I am flying to a small town in the south of Italy and direct flight are rare. This lounge was a saviour for a 6 hour layover. Very comfortable chairs and couches to keep you comfortable. The drink selection is very good (especially the Italian wine) and is very clean. The coffee machine is excellent serving espressos, cappuccinos, and american coffee. The food is mostly cold sandwiches with 1 dish of hot food which seems to change every once in a while. The ambience is a little dark as there is no natural light but that is really my only issue with this lounge. The entry staff is very polite and the cleaning staff goes around every 15 minutes to make sure everything is tidy and clean. Overall, this is one of the better lounges I've been to. It definitely has that European vibe. I wouldn't have any hesitation coming back again if I was in the area.

Small lounge. But not bad even if I can have a cup of coffee.
Food was limited but OK. Alcohol selection was reasonable - Grey Goose Vodka was available.
Pretty basic lounge with not much going on. The chairs in the front are nice but the arm chains in the back are not comfortable with no support, you sink in. Also the food lacked variety and no fruit. They were using all disposable plates and cups also, I hope this was an exception as that is just such a waste. They need to add some better food options and stop their waste. Still nice and quiet versus being in the airport.
Today they were struggling a bit due to high traffic but it's well run. Decent choices, usually a few sandwiches, croissants and the usual beverages. It's small but cozy
Good as a business lounge somewhere in the DEVELOPING WORLD but not at all as a STAR ALLIANCE lounge. It is dirty, old, small, poor in couches, toilets, facilities ,food and drinks. The staff is indifferent and bored. I wonder why is this happening to Milan airport at one of the biggest cities of Italy and EUROPE ??? I am sure many travelers, specially those who have arrived for connection flights from far far away and are obliged to stay in this lounge for 6 or more hours have preferred to spend their time outside this unbelievable space. Not to speak about "invalid travelers"... Nowhere in this lounge I did not see any kind of special MANDATORY IN EUROPE, infrastructure for them !!! Not even the stairs to enter or exit the lounge floor as well as NO elevator. The difference from the airport lounges in countries like China, Indonesia, Singapore, S. Korea and Greece or Australia are so huge that I believe this is going to be my only "one star" critic in the "star alliance" system.
Good catering and large seating area.
Just OK. Not a huge amount of food choices. I've definitely been in much better lounges, but I guess it's OK for Europe...
