I went to Vip desk at Malpensa airport on 10th , November 11, 2019 at due time as it reserved. Our assistant named Jessica was waiting for, us she made everything which needs to be done in few minutes ,wonderfully , well knows her job. Thanks your management and Jessica, who made easy processing to refund our tax. It was my best experience for tax refunding, on time and quickly.

За кэш удерживают комиссию. Чтобы получить без комиссии, на карту, придётся подождать деньги от недели до месяца. Терминалы самообслуживания не работают, хотя и стоят в зале включённые. В общем тот ещё геморрой, туда сходи, там печать поставь, в кассу иди и тд. Успехов и терпения вам!
