Although we were told the buses only departed once every hour. We only had to wait approximately 15 min to and from the airport. Both times they helped to load our suitcases on the bus. Fine service!

Terrible service, avoid this bus service at any cost.. there's no bus, they just take your money and say wait for an hour.. terrible

I wish I would not rush to purchase bus tickets in advance. There are two more bus componies with one way 5and both ways 10. Paying at the bus....

Un desastre! estuvimos en la calle con -4 grados esperando 35 minutos por qué el bus estaba atrasado. El resto de las empresas no paraban de salir buses.

Doveva partire alle 8 :40 sono arrivato alle 8 :20 ed era già partito.. senza spiegazione.. sono dovuto correre a prendere il treno.. morale della favola se l hostess in aereoporto non m avesse riaperto il check in non sarei partito.. bel servizio! Complimenti

Servizio vergognoso per una città come Milano. Il bus era partito in anticipo perché già pieno e ho dovuto aspettare più di un'ora per quello dopo. Consiglio di prendere il treno.
