Honesty would’ve gotten them further. I went for a scheduled exam and cleaning. They didn’t tell me that the exam would be one day and the cleaning would later be scheduled for another. When I expressed my concern that I specifically scheduled a cleaning and took off work for it, all three behind the counter had a hard time making eye contact with me and not one of them apologized. Not a chance I’ll go back.

I am a huge baby when it comes to dental work. Dr. Williams is amazing. Her staff always makes every visit comfortable and I feel like she really cares about saving teeth. She doesn’t just pull teeth to pull teeth. I appreciate that. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out yesterday and Dr. Williams made sure that she had every prescription available and that she would be as comfortable as possible. She was very good with both of us and ensured I knew what to do when the pain meds wore off. Every experience has been great! I highly recommend Dr. Williams, especially to those who have fear of dentists. She ROCKS!

I would just like to let you know that that was the VERY BEST cleaning I have ever had. I believe her name was Myra, she left no build up in the cracks of my teeth, she did a beautiful job and it was so nice to meet Dr Williams and to get her opinion of my dental work. Great job to all!

i will love to give five stars how ever a little slow. . i was sitting in the dentist chair for about one hour plus.perhaps because,i'm a new patient after a whiled i felt i was seating on a space craft going to space....perhaps is me ,do to the facts i'm relocated from a fast moving state, i felt every thing moving in slow motion... but the place is great the staff make you fell you are part of the family.. excellent doctor he knows what is doing. ..
