Many years ago (20) I bought some beautiful Golden Oak slatted wooden shelving from one of the Big-Box hardware chains. I recently overloaded one of the shelves (see photo!), and broke the clips which attached it to the wall. I contacted both major hardware chains, and was told that nothing was available and I would have to replace my shelves. Instead, I went to Google and by happy coincidence found Gregory Wood Products! Although most of their sales are through contractors, their employee 'Randi' bent over backwards to help me. She confirmed that they had indeed sold shelves thought retailers in that time period, then sent me pictures of their current shelf hardware. She followed that up with emails and telephone calls to assist me as needed. I still wasn't positive from the pictures that the parts were right, but they were so inexpensive that I ordered several dozen for replacements. They literally arrived the very next day, and were exactly what I needed. If you are in need of ventilated shelving, closet organization, or storage, I cannot recommend Gregory Wood Products highly enough. Check their 'Gallery' on their website for some of the beautiful color options!
