I'm not one for writing reviews, however, on this occasion I feel compelled to share my experience and that of my parents of this company. My parents engaged with this company last Aug and have made incremental payments in advance of the job being done (this raised my suspicions). The work commenced a number of months ago albeit delays due to bad weather. The end result was horrendous the imprinted concrete did not take and it started to flake off immediately. After numerous calls/texts they have still not returned to make good of a very bad job and despite being provided a date to return (which was arranged a number of weeks ago), they have now delayed this further. Therefore, since receiving their full payment in advance of the job being completed, they have still not rectified this situation. Their website has been promoting a 30% discount for jobs fitted before June? they should have prioritised this job before filling their books with new work. Overall, very poor workmanship, and not a good service for my parents who are vulnerable and have parted with a large amount of money...(worth noting, I've had to give a 1 star just to post this review)

We would recommend Deluxe Driveways to anyone. The whole company is professional, friendly and give a service which is unusual in this day and age. We can not praise this company enough, our drive is better than we ever imagined. We would like to say a massive thank you to ALL the staff and we will certainly be recommending you to all our friends and family.
