nasty rumour going around that the surgery has had the phone cut off.this must be true because i tried for two days last week and there was no answer.

Could not get to speak to anyone on the phone so called up to surgery personally the receptionist was lovely told me nurse practitioners would phone she hung up before I could get to phone and never phoned back so I rang her but could not get through waited all afternoon so disappointed ️ not great service for people who are poorly

No stars would be given, but I had to select one. As a doctor myself, I have never experienced such poor uneducated advice. And that is from the receptionist. If you can get past them, which I couldn't during an emergency the doctors are a disgrace. I had No problems when doctor Oakenful was there. Now doctors do not read your medical history and make it up as they go along, trying to rediagnose me. The receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. They threatened me with the police, when I needed medical help. This has been turned on me with a letter about how I was threatening to them. Absolutely no way will this be accepted by me. I shall not return and a full complaint will be put in place Doctor Linda shaw
