Looks like its been recently renovated. There are 2 terminals, 1 for domestic travel & 1 for international travel. Went for domestic one & there are several ferry services to other part of Batam or Riau. No food stall inside the terminal but you can check terminal wing for some food & drink. Taxi is available. Just go to the counter.

Gedung sudah direnovasi menjadi bagus. Tapi perlayanan, pemeliharaan dan kebersihan toilet harus ditingkatkan dan Pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan supaaya tetap terjaga baik.
Sudah mulai nyaman, tinggal beberapa lagi yang perlu di tambahkan, pusat informasi..
