Went to buy new car although Turkish language is minimal can usually get by Was greeted down stairs at reception by lady who spoke pretty good English so told her what I was looking for so we all went upstairs to sales floor Found a nice white focus to which the lady said 20000tl then she said 20400tl so ok no problem was then given appraisal on my car agreed a figure to buy but then another last came & increased to price up 135000 making price 335000tl they wouldn’t honour said price so we left I think in these times think of a number does not sell cars Avoid at all cost if your not Turkish

I went to this location due to a clutch failure or gearbox and I was received, the car stayed at their service 2 hour without any result, looked 2 people at the car and the answer was: is a serious problem and lasts for a week, they do not know what the problem is, the lack of professionalism, they have not bothered too much. To be avoided, are only good for revisions .... I believe .... I'm a ford focus mk3 owner!
