I have ordered several times from FG Davao. Everything ordered has been excellent & on time. Communication is great. Rapid response to email questions or concerns. They have always gone to great lengths to ensure the order is properly completed from order placement to delivery. Ordering is simple without issue. I have no complaints and I will certainly continue to do business with them. I can highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Teddy Bear for delivery on December 23rd. First problem: Their web site had no fields for the delivery address. Second problem: Their web site has *no* email to contact them Third problem: Their web site has *no* phone number to contact them Fourth problem: I finally found them on Facebook. I had a long series of Messenger texts with them, basically asking when the delivery would take place. Maybe 4 or 5 back and forths. Today (1/2/20) when I asked them for an update, all I got was, "How may I help you?". And this is with Messenger still containing the long list of queries. Fifth problem: From America, I called them and gave them the order number that their own darn system gave me. They hung up on me! Flipping crooks. FYI you turkeys, order # 53657
My fiance always send me flowers during special occasions like birthdays and valentines. Unfortunately, there were always lapses on the flowers or gifts they delivered. It would be either rotten fruit (though it was replaced), old flowers and the worse I got is a Ferrero chococolate was replaced with calamansi fruit.
My family in the states ordered a standing spray for my wife's mother's Funeral/wake and it was suppose to have purple orchids but they deceived us and used a different flower...After telling my aunt over the phone that it did come with purple orchids and even stating on the website in the description... Why not just tell us right then ?? I think this company was just looking for their own interests instead of customer satisfaction/interest.. probably will be the last time my family uses this company. Very disappointed
Accomodating and quick response of customer service and easy ordering. Flowers always look the same as advertised. Prompt and ready to listen to special requests for surprise delivery. My mother appreciates them. Will order again.
