They was doing work on my street, went in my back yard forced my gate open and then left it open!! My dog got out and is now MISSING!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: When I seen the workers I let them know what they did. They immediately apologized and took a flyer to help me find my dog. When they got off they road a few roads to help me. I eventually found my dog, someone had taken her out the street. I am thankful they were helpful and not rude about it.

I spoke with Josh at the Lehigh Acres, FL office. He called me 24 hours after receiving my application from yesterday that was a request for temporary service, which is a 24 hour service of water(used for cleaning, or inspections, ect)...Josh's overall demeanor could be highly improved as his tone of voice was degrading and offensive. The very opposite of a customer service representative should have..I get it, this is a monopoly and thus customer service is not important...but FGUA and US Water Corp should be ashamed of yourselves. Respect is a God given attribute is does not have to be earned, while I do realize it can be lost. Josh went on to explain that HE JUST received my request from yesterday YET at 1:47pm yesterday I received and email from FGUA/US Water Corp with a confirmation of receipt of my request. SOOOOOO, that seems odd...I had to beg for them to Turn the water ON, as my cleaning crew was at the property since 11am and waiting to finalize everything with fresh water being on...When asked to Speak to Josh's supervisor that he had reportedly spoken with couple different times during our call he, put me on hold came back and said she was busy handling another complaint, no doubt, and she has all my information and would be calling me back...The kicker, after them Dropping The Ball they still wanted to charge me 20 to do their JOB...which was to turn my water on a 8am, today and it is currently 11:39am and they couldn't guarantee at what time today the Water would be turned on...BUT would have to charge me... #Monopoly #consumersloss #horriblecustomerservice #expectedwithMonopoly

The customer service is absolutely atrocious. To cancel service when moving, they want you to provide them with your entire closing documents from your home sale as 'proof.'

Wish I could give zero......seems I'm not the only one. I also noticed they don't even respond to complaints on here. My water bill is 3x the amount it used to be in Pinellas County. I heard Pasco County is taking over some of FGUA's accounts but not where I am.....I hope they end up taking them all over. They are horrible and don't do anything at all to help you.

This is by far the WORST water company EVER!!!. Passwords for your personal accounts NEVER work and they will not even help you pay your bill over the phone. Absolutely the worst service ever. I cant even get a customer service rep to walk me threw how to pay my bill online and they will not accept payments over the phone. My password has never changed yet they always tell me that it is incorrect. Terrible company
