My home alarm was fitted today..... supposedly... It does not work. I have had a very heated conversation with the company who have told me I need to pay for a call out service???????? I have paid 192 for a botched job. Do not touch this company. They are crooks! At the start of the installation the engineer promoted other products and his hard sell tactics were very off putting. He pushed hard to sell me FHA products which frankly defeated the whole purpose of the installation. He dismissed the system that I had bought on several occasions. The engineer was very reluctant to share any information about the set up with me. He did not walk through and perform an end to end demo; but became frustrated each time I asked a question about the system and functionality. He wondered off with my phone and I had to go and retrieve it several times as I simply did not feel comfortable with him or his intentions. I asked the engineer to confirm the installation was insured for 1 year- under the terms provided by FHA prior to proceeding with the service. He flatly told me this was not the case; even though this had been confirmed with the head office. All in all a bad experience. I await a call to confirm how/when FHA will reimburse me and/or remediate the system fault. No call. No email.

Installed a Yale app alarm I had bought. Very efficient helpful team at the contact centre booked the install appointment for me promptly and provided the most competitive quote. Very happy with the two engineers who visited fully comprehensive installed to a high standard and clear operating instructions given. More importantly full PPE worn inside the home and even removed shoes at the door without being asked. Great service. Thank you.

Engineer George attended from Fitted Home Alarm today. He carried out a service, replaced all units & battery. Lastly George replaced the siren box. He arrived promptly & was very informative on the work that he was going to carry out. Very professional & courteous, I found George a credit to Fitted Home Alarm.
