I love Fiala Aesthetics. I’ve seen Dr. Fiala himself for my breast augmentation and i currently see Dr. Phi for all my Botox & juvederm needs. Both Dr’s are AMAZING and their staff is always the sweetest. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling an appointment never had any inconvenience with their office or staff. I’m always in love with the services I receive and have referred multiple friends to them and every single person has been satisfied with their visit as well. They also always have some type of promotion going on and participate in the brilliant distinctions rewards program which helps out significantly on discounts on filler services and Botox services. Dr Phi is my absolute favorite and I will never go anywhere else. I posted a few selfies I’ve taken to show my face, lips, and skin overall and tried to get some pics with my cleavage for reference to my Breast Augmentation.

I am fanatical about my skin and suffer from cystic acne. Kim has been my skin angel. She has changed the health and appearance of my skin. In fact I have people ask me about how I keep my skin looking so good. She is personable and has taken the time to get to know me and my skin to customize the best treatments and protocols. Fantastic results - better than anticipated! I scheduled a consultation with Dr Fiala to explore my options as I had already had a breast augmentation performed. Since having my third child, I noticed my breasts didn’t sit the same way naturally and wanted to look into having them redone. From the moment I met him, he was warm and understood my goal in what I was looking for. He presented realistic options and I’m thankful he did because without his professional opinion I would have selected a smaller implant, not achieving my overall goal for fullness. The staff was absolutely amazing and hands on the entire way, all the way through my graduation appointment. Meghan and Tracy were fabulous and I couldn’t have had a better team for my pre and post op visits (thank you ladies). They made me so comfortable including Dr Fiala with their level of professionalism. If you’re looking to get a breast augmentation for the first time or even redo them definitely consider Dr Fiala and his office. My surgery with Dr Fiala was far better the second time around as I had another surgeon perform my first breast augmentation. Dr Fiala was able to correct the errors from the other surgeon beautifully. Thank you Dr Fiala and staff for your time and making me feel like a person and not just a number. I would highly recommend your services!!!

Dr. Fiala’s office is first class all the way! Phi is the best in the industry. I trust her judgement when it comes to my face and that’s saying a lot! She listens and gives me the results I’m looking for. She also has a soft and gentle touch which makes the process of fillers so much easier. I have been seeing Kim for years and she has done wonders for my skin! I usually get a hydrafacial, and thermie ( on neck) done once a month. We have also done Venus Viva ,and several peels. Kim is always furthering her education learning about new procedures and products so I always feel like I am getting the best treatments possible for my skin. I look younger now than when I first starting coming to her. She is absolutely the best

am very upset by my visit on 6/26/2020. I have had a lot of trouble with dissolving filler I received in my nose here and Phi was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is my third visit and I expressed to her that there was remainder in the tip and on the left side. She initially refused to do it BEFORE I even told her where there is remaining, and told me I need to stop injecting things into my nose. Excuse me, but I don’t want to be doing this, I just want my nose to go back to normal. There was a point where I was trying to show her where it still is and she was just staring me down shaking her head. I showed her in pictures and she kept refusing and was extremely rude, until I pointed out on her pictures that the tip had remaining filler. She rolled her eyes at me and said “I’ll do it ONE more time” extremely rude, and injected me hard and didn’t even put on numbing cream which she did the 2 previous times. She just injected and never asked if I was okay, which the previous visits she did multiple times so I could just feel her attitude and it was extremely uncomfortable. Nobody should talk to anyone the way she spoke to me, especially not in a professional environment. She was speaking down to me like she knew my face better then I do and was talking to me like I’m crazy and stupid. the tip still had remaining and has gone down a significant amount in the few hours since my appointment. I also don’t get how last appointment she told me if it gave me anymore trouble to come back, yet refuses to do it before I even could tell her where there was remaining. I will never come here again and I will be leaving bad reviews, nobody should speak down on someone like that and make me feel like I’m stupid when I’m the one who is right it is my face and in the pictures you can see a significant difference. I’ve never been so disrespected by a “professional”.

I love Dr. Fiala and his whole team! They are very knowledgeable and made me feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I didn't mind the hour and half drive because my experience was top notch.
