They do not know the features of their own products. In the webpage appears a suspension available for a specific car, the dealer sold this suspension specific for my car and the technical&support department response quickly that it is not available. ¿¿?? After 1 week exchanging several emails, and delaying a response, KW asked me again what was my question! The \technician\ after a simple question of lowering the car, he answered the standard response that is not what I was asking. This is not a serious company. Advice: look for another brand. Germans are not what they used to be.

Mein Fahrzeug war als Projektfahrzeug vor Ort die Umsetzung und er Kontakt waren sehr professionell und sehr gut umgesetzt. Es wurden Spurplatten verbaut, deren Breite mit mir nicht abgestimmt wurden und der zugesagte TÜV-Termin wurde durch deren TÜV-Prüfer umgelegt. Sehr zufrieden bin ich aktuell nicht wirklich. Nach einem Telefonat wurde eine sehr gute einvernehmliche Lösung gefunden
