When I opened the box and found only one item inside the first reaction was to contact Ducati and you dealt with my problem with efficiently and my stress level went down to zero. I contacted Ducati Home for information regarding gate openers. Anna was extremely helpful and advised me to order the EVE 948T. When the kit arrived I downloaded and carefully read the installation instruction manual . It took me a few hours to install the system, l found it very easy to fit. I am delighted with the product, it looks good and operates exceptionally well. The customer help & back-up was first class. I have looked at different systems and installations and l believe l made the correct decision with the Ducati EVE 948T system. Thanks to all at Ducati. Roger Perrett
