Great exam and doctor! The staff and the doctor are very professional and nice. They have the latest technology and they performed a Very comprehensive exam. I used to use eyeglassess and contact lenses, then I had lasik performed in another place 17 years ago so I am used to the procedures; but this time I was very nervous and the doctor took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. I will return with the family :) Thank you!

I thought Fidler Eye Care was great, until I recently went to a new doctor in the town I now live. Dr. Fidler's office is very clean, the staff and Dr. Fidler were very pleasant. However, I am now very disappointed in the care I received. My new doctor was confused as to why I was wearing glasses, he actually wanted to reduce my prescription which would put me at such a low prescription that it was unnecessary for me to even wear glasses. The last time I went to Fidler Eye Care, I spent 1,100 on two pairs of progressive glasses... completely unnecessarily. Not to mention, my new doctor informed me that I have Narrow Angles in my eyes (something you're born with). He informed me of the risks and my options, without pressuring me to commit to any procedures. I was never even told I had Narrow Angles while seeing Dr. Fidler. Dr. Fidler dilated my eyes during my appointment, which is not good if you have Narrow Angles. I wish I would have questioned more about the prescriptions I was given but I was just told that I need to give my eyes time to adjust when I spoke up about my glasses making my vision seem worse. So I have been forcing myself to wear glasses as long as I can for the past 2 years, dumb on my part.

I broke a arm on my rimless frame and went to my regular dr who said we can’t fix them. Well I found a replacement frame and took it to Fiedler eye and Samantha changed the lens into the new frame no charge. They have a new patient and good by to my old doctor

I have received my eye care from Dr. Fidler for 25 years. Every visit has been pleasant and Dr. Fidler takes the time to explain what the various machine readings mean. On one occasion I had the opportunity to get no-cost glass through a DOD program. The details required were confusing to me so Dr. Fidler spent about a half hour explaining it and helping me fill in the form. Most recently he was part of a team handling the re-shaping of my corneas. Again he kept me informed about was happening and managing my drugs. He called on a Saturday to make sure there were no problems. His attentions and those of his technicians were very comforting to me! I highly recommend Dr. Fidler's services.
