A. TEPETAŞ

We were there today. When we got in the office, there were 2 women at their desks, not attending anbody. One didn't even look at us, the other reluctantly accepted us. Although we said immediately we were there for car insurance for a new driving licence it took the lady in the office almost 25 min. to claim us that they are not insuring anyone with less than 2 year old licence!!?! We gave her many information that she asked in the meanwhile, at the end all that 25 min. Q&A was to loose our time.. Let's assume she was inexperienced, why the other one not attending anybody also didn't say anything??!! We didn't understand.?? For sure the service wasn't professional.
