A very comfortable and quiet place, furnished with care. The quality of the food is excellent, the menu is interesting and studied in detail. The choice of wines is wide and refined. Professional staff. I spent a nice evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Somewhat limited menu. Margaret enjoyed her moules but commented they were quite small. My mackerel was nice but a bit vinegary. My dorade was crisply cooked but just missed really hitting the spot. Nice Picpoul. 66.
A smart restaurant with good food - it just lacks any atmosphere.
I have had mussels in Provence sauce for many times, but I have to say this time in Le Safran is the best of best! Very very good quality of mussel itself, small size but intensively tasty! And also fantastic cooking and herbs make the dish “Moules de Provence” so so charming and super delicious. Not mention the restaurant has nice atmosphere and decos, very friendly and helpful service ( I was asked twice if I would like to have extra potion for free because the waitress saw me so much enjoying the foods). I strongly strongly recommend this restaurant! Truly!
One of our best meals on an extended stay in France. Looking for fish, we found Le Safran and enjoyed all our meals, including my excellent moules et frites. Not inexpensive but worth it if you like seafood.

Voici une adresse de restaurant à retenir sur Figeac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre déjeuner. La décoration est soignée, le personnel très professionnel, et accueillant, quant à la cuisine....un régal ! Un véritable bonheur pour nos papilles !! Nous reviendrons !
