Incontournable charcuterie du Cantal voisin. Mon produit phare : la saucisse sèche réalisée avec les mêmes ingrédients depuis toutes ces années et je n'en fus jamais déçu. Jambon de pays, saucissons, viandes en tout genre. Entreprise familiale fondée au Rouget, Cantal. D'autres boutiques à Aurillac, Vic sur Cere et même à Paris au pied de la Tour Eiffel !
