This town, or Italian comune, is an astonishing place to visit. I specifically come because my Italian grandma, (my Nonna) lives here. The piazza or main Italian square is super large and so beautifully constructed. I love hanging out there and also in the Italian corso, or walkway directly connected to the piazza. The corso is lined with amazing and original Italian shops, bars and homes. I would enjoy visiting even as a tourist this area of Italy. Beach views are astonishing from this town @ 600 meters above sea level. Currently 2 hotels in the town. I love the Italian market in the piazza on Thursdays! I would recommend visiting here in August due to TONS of Italian music and more tourism! Love this place! SUPER \old school\!!! ;-)
