Great coach. Had a few sesions with Ray and he really takes time to explain things thoroughly, and drill it into you. Nice friendly bunch of guys. Awesome sessions.

Ray is a great teacher. He is very helpful and keeps on eye on everybody to make sure that everyone gets the most out of the training. i do enjoy every moment of the sessions, its tough but its also funny, the team is just wonderful. Small group sessions, so you can learn as well, and Ray makes sure you learn the good technics. Also its affiordable i just recommend to everyone who wants to get fit, have fun and meet with nice people from the same pathway..:-)

What can I say about Ray, he is a true teacher and friend. He is knowledge of multiple martial arts along with his ability to remember the smallest details make him absolutely first class. Throughout the lesson he is going around each student, advising, helping and guiding each student. It doesn't matter if you train once a week or once a day ray will give you the same amount of attention without hesitation. He has made me a better fighter since training with him and I would recommend anyone to go down and try a class with him.

Ray combines elements of different martial arts that makes his trainings unique, effective and functional! He doesn't only have knowledge and experience, but he also knows how to pass it on!
