Creative Design

I submitted several items for sale in September 2020 and received the notification of the successful sale results. Finbarrs did not pay me. After countless emails and even the fair warning of legal action, I have been met with nothing but radio silence or false promises and still - no payment. Never, ever again. I am so upset with them. I do not recommend this auction house.

Items bought and paid for on 24/11/20 were finally shipped on 06/01/21. Packaging so poor that everything turned up damaged. Communication was at first impossible, then just lied to. Small delays are fine, particularly given present difficulties but not an excuse for not bothering at all. So many others are still making huge efforts to ensure all sorts of products are delivered globally, when collection in person is much more difficult. I will certainly not be using Finbarrs Auctioneers Ltd again and I would advise others to be cautious to avoid disappointment.

Zero stars, I am still waiting since second of June (3 months now) for the proposed refund. Comunnication also stopped now sinds a week. I think I lost the 176. I will write a review with more stars after getting my money back NB. Bids 5 small items 109 132 (incl commission is normal) first bill 22 shippingcost then second bill added 22, which I both paid directly next day, then a new bill came asking me to pay a additional 80 OR have a refund which I choosed but never got (I have stored all my email contact for 3 months, those who wants them I send them)

Rory came out and valued the property contents after looking round he offered a price and said would pick up on the 7th March. Shook hanks. I called last week still OK. Then I called again yesterday to ask what time they said they would get back to me they didn't. Then my friend called them today to be told they didn't have enough money to pay for my contents. What a sham of a business. They knew I was moving and needed it gone.i wouldnt recommended at all. R North. You clearly haven't spoken to your staff it was 4000 for a huge amount of valuable antiques. Do t know we're you got 10000 from.?
