Excellent service from start to finish. New to composite decking we did lots of research which can get a little overwhelming. We found nothing was too much trouble for Steve and his team. They gave us excellent advice in a very professional and personable way. They delivered promptly, on the date they said they would. We had of course looked at samples but were even more pleased with the actual boards. Once fitted we are more than thrilled with the quality and look. So much so we will be ordering more for another section of our garden. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely beautiful product. The decking boards arrived right on time. Ian was extremely knowledgeable - giving us example and passing on tips how to fix the decking boards and bull nose onto the base. His knowledge was amazing. He was happy to spend time explaining how to store the boards prior to fitting, the different ways to fit the board and the finishing touches. Steve was brilliant at keeping me updated throughout the ordering process and delivery. The boards are extremely good quality and went down quickly and easily. Family have been down to see the finished product and are already planning their own projects (taking into account social distancing obviously) I have also ordered more boards for another project. I would definitely recommend Finch to my family and friends.
From my initial phone call to the completion of our deck, the help and service was faultless. Steve in the office was absolutely brilliant and answered all of questions and altered my order and arranged collection of unused step board/clips and quick drop off of more decks (I underestimated) delivery driver was also fab, friendly and extremely helpful offering tips for the installation of the bull nose boards. Now for the product, excellent quality, good choice of colours easy to install (well from where I stood watching lol) I had samples sent from 4 different companies and I can honestly say these were by far the better ones and the price was a lot cheaper too. I would definitely recommend this product and supplier.
