Needed a gas cap. They had a gas cap. My problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Good humans. Also there was a lovely woman working at the front desk who told me how to get to parts, and we spoke about the orchid on the counter, and she was stellar. Keep up the awesome work wonderful front desk woman.

First time buying a car from Finch Hyundai, and I will definitely be coming back! Stephanie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. She listened to what I wanted in a car and recommended the 2021 Tucson. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and trim levels and gave me a great walk-around and test drive experience! I went to another dealership to look at comparable vehicles, and the customer service was nothing like what I received at Finch. The whole team here (especially Stephanie and Clint) deserves these 5 stars.
Got a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Preferred (young kids, no need for leather, etc) upgrading from a Honda CR/V. Only a few days in, but very impressed so far. Muhana Khurbaj was great, this was our 2nd vehicle with him (2019 Kona). Some of the accessories weren't there for delivery, so after they were installed (dropped it back off a few days later), Muhana drove it out to us as I didn't have the time to pick it up. Everything was installed perfectly (side steps, window visors, floor mats). Highly recommend Finch Hyundai.

We just purchased the 2021 Palisade! The car cannot get any more luxurious- product is best in class. We felt especially fortunate to meet Stephanie Gartly. She is so knowledgeable and professional and she was so helpful in finding the best vehicle for our family. She even made us think about things we never even thought about and she really cares about the needs of the client and making sure the fit is right! We have never felt so confident and excited about a car purchase before; and I think that this was just such a great experience from the start! We had been with another car company for over 20 years because of the reputation in luxury...but today we will never look back. We know that we are in good hands and we highly recommend Stephanie and the team at Hyundai- and the Palisade too! It’s amazing!
