I had a lounge rug cleaned, from my first telephone call the response was quick, professional and very friendly. I approved the quotation and was advised of collection date and time which was very quick and was adhered to, as was the return day and time. I was so pleased with the job carried out I then sent a large bedroom rug to be cleaned, again everything was perfect, collection, price and return date. The lady who organised both jobs for me was very professional but also very friendly, as was the 2 ladies who collected and returned both rugs. I would advise anybody looking for anything this company offers to ask for a quote as you will be more than happy with the service but may also be pleasantly surprised at the cost as I was. Just want to say thanks so much for a great job, also there was no confusion in conversation as the lady spoke perfect english, even though I am trying to learn spanish this always helps when organising something
