Absolutely fantastic, fair, fast and friendly! I lost my glasses today, went out to get an emergency fix and ended up at Soloptical. They measured my eyes, I told them I wanted a fix today. They understood well I was not looking for glasses with correction of the cylinder, reduction of weight etc, etc. I was poor sighted and needed to see again. I was told a quick fix was possible, it would however not have all the options. They got the standard glasses from the drawer, made them fit to the frame. All in all I walked in at 17:15 and walked out the door 19:00 with new glasses. Superb and above expectations!

He estado esta tarde y me ha atendido un chico que luego he sabido que se llama Jon y no puedo más que agradecerle cómo se ha portado conmigo asesorándome para elegir gafas de sol. Super amable, implicado y profesional... No estoy acostumbrada a llevar gafas y el chico me ha estado aconsejando con mucho criterio según la forma de mi cara, color de pelo... de hecho me ha animado a probarme modelos que nunca habría tenido como opción. Había entrado a echar un vistazo aprovechando que estaba por el C.comercial y como resultado me he terminado llevando dos gafas de Ralph... y súper contenta. (Es muy difícil que me gusten unas gafas). Así que felicidades por el personal. Espero volver pronto.

No me adapté a unas gafas para lectura, a pesar de que me las revisaron dos veces. Pude devolveras y me reembolsaron lo abonado. Muy buena atención y excelente relosución de la situación.
